what we do


People come to see me for many reasons; something is sore, a niggle not going away, their movement is restricted, not running, looking for better flexibility, poor posture, want to get fitter, and sometimes they simply just want to move.


Most of all though the reason is stopping them from doing what they want or love to do.


In a 1 to 1 session its about looking at you, why you have come in, what it is about how you move that might explain what's happening. Then its about how we can begin to work on improving your movement to get you back doing what you want to do.
